Elizabeth is an accomplished potter whose work is in great demand in the art world. All of her pieces are created in the traditional ways of her Native Zia Pueblo. She collects her own materials and performs ground firings for every piece. Her work is exhibited in the Albuquerque Airport and the Santa Fe Museum of Indian Art. She has won many awards for her work, including the Santa Fe Indian Market. Her work is also shown in the 1993 Indian Market Showcase of Indian Art.

Her husband, Marcellus Medina is an accomplished painter. He is the son of the world-renowned Rafael Medina. Marcellus, like Elizabeth, has his work exhibited in the Albuquerque Airport and has won several awards for his work. On occasion, this husband and wife has collaborated as a team to create beautifully painted pottery. Elizabeth makes the pot and Marcellus paints his exquisite style over a white slip to create some of the most unique pieces in existence.
